Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of product, we are unable to do any exchange and refund for purchased items. We urge all our customers to check the purchase and read up more about the product to ensure the right choice of products.

However, if you encounter any problems due to manufacturing defects, do contact us so that we can review the matter with the manufacturer. Please let us know of any manufacturing defects within 7 days of receipt of the products (based on the delivery record).
